Privacy Policy
1. Collection of Information
INFERENCE GLOBAL SOFTWARE DESIGN - FZCO collects personal information such as name, email address, cookies, and IP addresses, together with a record of your purchases — which plan, the amount, and the date — when you use our services. All payment details, including your card and billing address, are handled by Stripe; we do not collect or store them.
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for service delivery, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, and fraud prevention.
3. No Use of Your Data for AI Model Training
Haruno does not use user data to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Prompts, code, files, documents, content from accounts you connect, and responses may be processed to provide the features you request and to operate, secure, troubleshoot, prevent abuse of, and account for usage of the service. Some content may be stored locally on your device. When a requested feature requires processing by Haruno services or an external AI model provider, the relevant content is transmitted only to carry out that request. Haruno does not transfer user data for the purpose of training or improving generalized AI or machine-learning models.
4. Google User Data
Haruno accesses Google data only after you connect and authorize your account, and only to provide features you request. OAuth tokens are stored in your device's secure credential storage, and synchronized Google data may be stored locally on your device. When a requested feature requires it, relevant Google user data is processed by Haruno services and may be transferred to an external AI model provider solely to provide that user-requested feature. Haruno does not use Google user data to train, fine-tune, develop, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models, and does not transfer it for those purposes. Google-derived content processed by Haruno services may be retained in operational systems as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, prevent abuse of, and account for usage of the service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Third-Party Payment Processor (Stripe)
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card details and billing address are entered with and held by Stripe; we do not receive or store them. We retain only a record of each transaction — the plan purchased, the amount, and the date — linked to your account.
6. Data Security
We use appropriate measures, such as SSL encryption, to prevent loss, theft, and unauthorized access to personal information.
7. User Rights
Users have the right to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information. How to exercise the right to deletion, and what deletion covers, is described in section 8.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account and personal data at any time from the dashboard: open Account and choose “Delete account and data”. Deletion takes effect immediately. If you can no longer sign in, email info@inferara.com from your account's address and we will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply. Open your account page
What is deleted: your name, email address, password, sign-in identities, profile photo, registered devices, the credential that gives the app access to AI models, and the account identifier attached to usage records. Any active subscription is cancelled immediately, without a refund.
What is kept, and why: dated usage and billing records — timestamps, amounts, and plan — without your name or email address, for accounting and fraud prevention; and invoices held by Stripe for the period the law requires. No prompt or response content is stored on Inferara's systems, so there is none to delete.
What stays on your own device, which we cannot reach: connector sign-ins and any files you synced or downloaded. Before uninstalling, disconnect each connector in Settings and revoke Haruno's access at the provider (for Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions; Microsoft, LinkedIn, Slack and Discord offer the same in their account settings). Then remove the app's data: on macOS, the .haruno folder in your home folder and the Keychain items whose name starts with com.inferara.haruno; on Windows, the HarunoClient and Haruno folders under %LOCALAPPDATA% and the Credential Manager entries whose name starts with com.inferara.vibe-checker. Synced cloud files live inside those folders.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our site is used. It loads under Google Consent Mode with analytics storage denied by default; analytics cookies are set only after you accept via the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time without affecting your experience.
